Banking & Advisory (1994 – 2019)

With 25 years of extensive corporate finance and advisory experience, Dan has delivered impactful results across leading global investment banks like Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank in London, prominent European firms like Kepler Cheuvreux, and specialized local institutions in Switzerland and France (Bank am Bellevue, Stifel-Bryan Garnier). His career spans over more than 70 successful transactions, including significant M&A deals, capital market transactions, private placements and IPOs on major exchanges such as SIX, NYSE, Nasdaq, LSE and Euronext.

Corporate Leadership & Strategic Finance (2020 to date)

Since 2020, Dan has held pivotal corporate leadership roles, driving financial strategy and operational excellence. At Trifork (2020-2022), an international software company, he led their IPO on Nasdaq Copenhagen and managed investor relations and governance functions. Subsequently, Dan served on mandates as Group CFO and Executive Board member for Chronext (e-commerce, Cologne, 2023-2024) and as Group CFO and Executive Board member of GenTwo (fintech, Zurich, 2024), where he was instrumental in driving financial performance and overseeing key corporate divisions.
